FAQ's
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with 100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks—clean-burning and eco-friendly.
Our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 40–50 hours with proper care.
Why does my candle look like it has wet spots on the side of the candle?
Wet spots are areas where the wax has pulled away slightly from the glass container, making it look like there’s moisture or wetness on the inside. But don’t worry—it’s not actually wet or moldy
Why It Happens
• Natural wax shrinkage: As soy wax cools and cures, it contracts. Sometimes it doesn’t fully adhere to the glass, especially in colder temps.
• Temperature changes: If your candle was poured or stored in a cold environment, it’s more likely to pull away from the jar.
• Glass surface tension: Even clean jars can have spots where wax just doesn’t stick perfectly.
Do you offer custom or personalized candles?
Yes! We offer custom scents, labels, and gift sets for weddings, events, or special occasions. Contact us for details.
How can I make my candle last longer?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, let the wax melt to the edges of the jar during the first burn, and avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time.
